We are committed to delivering year-round, youth development programming five days a week, beginning in the fifth grade and continuing through high school and college graduation.
Our programming includes squash instruction, fitness coaching, yoga and SEL curriculum, academic support, college readiness, mentoring, and opportunities for civic engagement activities. We create a network of support for each student by working and communicating closely with teachers, administrators, and guardians.
Our Mission:
Empowering underserved youth in Atlanta through academics, squash, and civic engagement. We deliver year‑round support—from 5th grade through college graduation—cultivating confident leaders who excel in school, on the court, and in their communities.
Our Values:
In honor and memory of one of our founders, Eben Hardie, these five words provide a foundation for everything we do at A+ and are qualities that we all—from our board to our students—strive to embody. We are: generous, inclusive, determined, competitive, and intentional.
Generous We give freely—of our time, energy, and attention. Whether it’s tutoring, mentoring, or showing up to cheer at a match, we invest in each other’s growth and success with open hearts.
Inclusive Everyone belongs here. We create a culture of respect and belonging across race, gender, identity, and experience—because diversity makes us stronger and more connected.
Determined Our students face challenges head-on with grit, resilience, and steady support. We never give up on ourselves or each other.
Competitive We bring our best—on the court, it the classroom, and in life. Healthy competition helps us grow stronger, sharper, and more confident.
Intentional We do everything on purpose. From daily practices to long-term goals, we stay focused, strategic, and vales driven—always working toward lasting impact.
